How to Focus on Coloured Image in Black & White Background


STEP# 1
Open an image in Adobe Photoshop (any version)
CTRL + A (Select All) >>>>  CTRL + C (Copy the Colored image) >>>> 
Go To Bar, Choose "IMAGE >>> MODE >>> GRAYSCALE"

STEP# 2
Go To Bar; Choose IMAGE >>> MODE >>>> RGB Color
CTRL + V (Paste the Colored Image)

STEP# 3
There will be TWO LAYERS; GRAYSCALE LAYER & COLORED LAYER
ERASE the UNDESIRED coloured layer using ERASER TOOL @ other tool such as;
To erase the background, there are few tools recommended such as ;
MARQUEE TOOL, = Suitable for wide area.
LASSO TOOL (Polygonal or Magnetic), = Act like a knife to cut the area.
QUICK SELECTION TOOL, = Able to select and de-select
MAGIC WAND TOOL and = Select the area which have same/similar colour
ERASER TOOL = Just like a normal erase


 
STEP# 4
Save your artwork by choose the FORMAT JPEG (*.JPG, *.JPEG, *.JPE) or you can save using Photoshop Format (*.PSD, *.PDD) to re-edit the artwork
